Amazon Prime Next-Day Delivery Not Fulfilled Despite Active Membership
Despite my active Amazon Prime membership, I am unable to benefit from the next-day delivery service, which is one of the main Prime privileges. On Sunday, September 7, I placed an order (Order No: 404-3689238-7211522) totaling ₺1,870 to be delivered to my address in Bursa/Yıldırım. Although I selected the next-day delivery option for this order, my items were not delivered on the promised date. In fact, I have faced similar delivery delays with several of my recent orders, and on one occasion, I even had to cancel an order because of this issue. For this particular order, I urgently needed the products, as I am traveling abroad tomorrow and will no longer be able to take them with me. When I contacted customer service, they only expressed their regret but did not provide any concrete solution. My order has already been invoiced, and the invoice has been issued. Since I did not receive the service that Amazon Prime is supposed to guarantee, I have been left in a difficult situation. I kindly request compensation for the inconvenience caused by this delay, as well as a refund of the amount I paid.
