Amazon.com.tr Doesnt Full Refund

Amazon.com.tr Order No. 405-4911578-4977105. I returned a product I purchased internationally, but it's been almost a month, and I still haven't received a refund. I couldn't use DHL because they had an agreement in place, and DHL wasn't available where I was. An Amazon customer service representative instructed me to hand it over to Yurtiçi Kargo, assuring me they would send it to DHL, so I followed their instructions. Returning Amazon international shipments can be an arduous process. My money is gone, and the product is lost. I've had enough. From now on, I'm taking this matter to court to seek justice. I won't be making any more purchases from Amazon.
