Amazon's Horrible Customer Service
I've tried repeatedly to contact Amazon customer service to report a problem, but they simply do not respond. The shoes they sent me are defective, and I can't seem to contact anyone. This is my first time dealing with them, and it's turned out to be a shopping disaster. Will I return to this store? Most likely not. It's extremely worsening when a company fails to respond to customer complaints, especially when the product is defective. I've been kept in the dark, which has harmed my opinion of Amazon. This was not the experience I was expecting as a first-time shopper. I hope they can resolve this issue soon, but my trust in their customer service has taken a hit.

I bought a pair of shoes from Amazon using my account, and despite having a 2-year warranty, I have filed several complaints. The shoes are definitely not original; they caused odor and wounds on my feet, which has never happened to me before. Moreover, the fit was never the same. Although the warranty period is only a quarter used, they are not accepting returns. They told me they would inform the warehouse and follow the decision of the warehouse, and that they couldn't issue a refund. If the return is denied and I still want the product back, I have to cover all the costs. If I leave it to them as a gift, I still lose my money. This is a place I will never shop from again. I will complain everywhere; they never respond. I've been chasing after a pair of shoes for months. Do not trust the authenticity.
