I cannot reach Amazon in any way. They charged me an extra shipping fee for fast delivery, but my order was never delivered, leaving me stranded and disappointed. Despite several attempts to contact both Amazon and the courier company, I received no solution or proper response. I even tried tracking the order online, but the information was either incorrect or outdated. I hope no one else has to go through this experience. I will never shop on Amazon again. I also hope these companies are held accountable for the inconvenience they have caused. The courier company even provided false information, claiming they called me when they did not. This level of negligence and dishonesty is unacceptable from such large companies.
