Problematic Amazon Purchase: Seller Unfairly Withdraws Product

I had a disappointing experience with a product I purchased on Amazon. The seller claimed they sent the wrong item and retrieved it from the shipment, much to my disappointment. I reluctantly visited the courier to verify the situation, and unfortunately, it turned out the seller had indeed sent the correct product. Unfortunately, they stubbornly declined to re-ship the item simply because of a price discrepancy. I regretfully ask for the product to be returned at the price I originally purchased it for on Amazon. The delivery company was contacted, but unfortunately, an unauthorized return request was made without my consent, and disappointingly, it doesn't show in the delivery records. I'm disappointed that necessary actions haven't been taken to resolve this issue.
