Amazon Didn’t Refund My Canceled Order After Nearly a Month of Waiting

I ordered something on Amazon, but the seller canceled it, saying the product didn’t clear customs. I still haven't gotten my refund, and it's been almost a month since I canceled. It's quite frustrating that I was charged for a product that never arrived. I’ve reached out to customer service several times, but I haven’t gotten any real help—just unclear replies saying my issue has been passed along to the right team. This was my first buy on Amazon, and it definitely will be my last. I'm really disappointed and wish I hadn't trusted this platform. If you feel like throwing your money away, go for it and order from Amazon, but I’m definitely not doing that again.
