Amazon TR Ships Damaged, Used, and Expired Items
Amazon had been running smoothly for me until this year. In fact, I had rarely, if ever, needed to return a product. However, it seems like I've had to return almost every item I've ordered in the last six months. The products are used and damaged when they arrive. To make matters worse, the last batch of dog food I ordered had expired expiration dates. I used to have a lot of faith in Amazon's dependability and quality control, but my recent experiences have been nothing short of disappointing. It's upsetting to receive damaged or expired items, especially when you rely on Amazon for convenience and the assurance that you'll get what you pay for. I hope Amazon takes these issues seriously and works to restore its reputation for timely delivery of high-quality products.
