Amazon's Faulty Coffee Maker and Missing Refund

The coffee maker that I bought from Amazon has not lived up to my expectations. The first replacement was also flawed, and the same thing happened with the second replacement. During the time I was waiting for the third replacement, I called several times to inquire about the product's current status. They informed me, much to my surprise, that the product had been returned and that my refund had been processed. Despite this, I have not received a refund or received the product. I've been looking forward to receiving the item for a month now. I anticipate that someone from Amazon's customer service will contact me as soon as possible and provide me with information about the situation. I appreciate your careful consideration.
