Defective Defective DeLonghi Coffee Machine from Amazon Driving Me Crazy!!
The Delonghi coffee machine, which I bought with Amazon assurance, arrived defective, although there was a more affordable one available on the Amazon shopping site. Although I have a 30-day return right, I have not been able to register a return for the product for 3 days. Customer service In all my conversations with him, they take the issue to different points and talk about systemic errors. During our meeting two days ago, the gentleman named Bu*** P***r, who introduced himself as the Amazon team leader, told me that if they did not call me by 16:00 on 01.07.2024, he would use his authority to create a solution and have the device removed from my address. On the same day, they sent me an e-mail because my phone was not registered in the system. He asked me to update my phone. However, my phone appears to be registered in the system. I think all these negative results explain enough why you should shop from Amazon shopping site. I will take the issue with the coffee machine to the Consumer Arbitration Committee with all my litigation rights. I don't know if there is another site where you can be disgraced with this much money.
