Amazon Did Not Refund Me After I Returned the Product

I have returned the product which I purchased on March 18, 2025, via Amazon, by completing all necessary steps as required. The tracking number clearly shows that the item was received by the seller several days ago. Although the product has been delivered to the seller/company and the return process appears to be completed, the refund that should have been issued to me has still not been processed. I have also attempted to contact customer service multiple times, but my inquiries have gone unanswered. I am currently experiencing a grievance due to the company’s failure to fulfill its refund obligation in a timely manner. In accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, I respectfully request that my rights be protected and that the refund be issued to me without further delay.
