Amazon Has Delayed My Refund for a Defective Product for Over a Month
Amazon has been delaying my refund for a month, despite numerous assertions that it has been handled. Each time I receive a notice stating that a refund has been issued, the finance staff rejects it, trapping me in a never-ending loop. This problem arises from a faulty product that I've been working with for three months. While Amazon's service was stable for the first two years I used it, it has since deteriorated significantly. It's distressing to see such a well-known corporation handle customer complaints so carelessly. I would expect a faster response from a firm of this size and repute. I genuinely hope that this situation gets resolved shortly.
