Only One Of My Two Items Was Refunded By Amazon

Last month, I purchased a large number of products from Amazon and initiated return requests for two of them. Both items were picked up from our doorstep by the same shipping company and had the same tracking number. I decided to check the return status after a week or two. When I went to the website, I discovered that one of the products had been returned successfully, but the other was still listed as pending, with no refund processed. The return deadline was September 11th, and we had given the package to the courier as instructed. However, neither the package nor the refund was delivered to my card. It's frustrating because we did our part, so who is to blame for the lack of follow-through? I contacted Amazon customer service today, hoping for a resolution to this problem. This situation is very disappointing and calls into question the process's dependability.

Here's the translation of the text from Turkish to English: "On top of that, my account was closed, supposedly because we might have provided incorrect information, and they don't provide any information about it. All I did was change the phone number to my mom's because I have school and other things all day. What kind of situation is this?"
