Amazon Orders Never Delivered Due to Shipping Issues
My Amazon orders never seem to reach my address. Instead, they are handed over to a courier company called Kolay Gelsin, which doesn’t even provide service in my city. Each time, I have to cancel my order. Despite this, Amazon continues to assign the same company for delivery.
To make matters worse, one of my orders was reportedly damaged during shipping and delayed further instead of being sent immediately. As a result, I’ve paid twice for orders and am now waiting for refunds. This is not about customer satisfaction—it feels like a system designed to frustrate customers. I demand a resolution to these ongoing delivery problems and a refund for my undelivered orders.
