CarTrawler and Wheego Deny Rental Over Credit Score and Refuse Full Refund
Prior to my flight from Istanbul to Adana with Pegasus Airlines, I booked a rental car from supplier Wheego through CarTrawler on Pegasus’s website and paid in full online. When I landed at Adana Airport to collect the vehicle, staff refused to hand over the car due to a low Findeks credit score and failed to fulfill the rental. To avoid being stranded, I was forced to rent another vehicle from a different company.
After completing my trip, I contacted CarTrawler via email to request a full refund for this unrendered service. They informed me that my payment was non-refundable. Charging me for a service I never actually received is completely unfair and unjustified.
For this reservation booked through Pegasus, CarTrawler, and Wheego (Reservation Reference Number TR896879550 and Confirmation Number 1000022991), I demand a full credit card refund of the charged amount. I request a swift resolution to this issue and necessary adjustments to prevent similar experiences in the future.
