Amazon Failed to Cancel or Deliver My Order Despite Multiple Support Promises
While Amazon is trying to resolve the issue, their customer service agents seem completely unaware of each other’s actions. One representative told me they contacted the shipping company and provided my new address, but the shipping company has no record of it. I spoke to another representative and requested a cancellation—they said it was processed, but I see no confirmation in my account. I believe there’s a communication breakdown between Amazon and the courier company, or perhaps the courier simply doesn’t respect Amazon. In my opinion, Amazon should stop working with this shipping provider. It’s unacceptable for a global company like Amazon to operate this way. (Order No: 402-7948610-2701922) I’m now waiting to see what the outcome will be—either they resolve my issue, or I will never shop with Amazon again.
