Caffè Nero App Rejects Free Coffee Promo Codes with Maximum Usage Error

When I try to redeem the free coffee promo codes sent via email by Caffè Nero (ANKTKCQ2X, YNHG72YJD, ynhgprxw4, SKZ4LREY, and YNHGUL60W) on the mobile app, the system repeatedly throws an error: “Promo code error: You have reached the maximum number of times this code can be used!” Although these codes were sent as valid everywhere, I cannot redeem them through the app in any way.

I have been running into this error for a long time and am unable to enjoy the complimentary coffees promised to me. I request an investigation into whether these codes were actually redeemed previously or if a system glitch is causing the issue, along with new, valid promo codes that I can use without problems.

I ask for a quick resolution to this issue and a clear update regarding my account.
