Issue With My Amazon Order Delivery

I have experienced a significant issue with the delivery of my order placed through Amazon. The product I purchased was supposed to be delivered directly to my address, but instead, the shipping company instructed me to pick it up from their branch. Moreover, I was not given the option to select a shipping company during checkout—Amazon automatically assigned the courier service. To resolve this issue, I contacted Amazon customer service three times. In the first two calls, I was assured that I would receive a follow-up, but no response was provided. Due to this delay, the price of the product increased by ₺300-₺400, and if I return my order now, I will be at a total loss of ₺800 for two watches. I request a fair resolution to this issue and compensation for the financial loss I have suffered. As a well-established platform, Amazon should ensure that its customers receive the promised service. Given that I had no control over choosing the shipping company, but was still subjected to a flawed delivery process, I expect a suitable solution. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.
