Amazon Turkey Shipping Disappointment
As an Amazon Prime member, on September 7, 2023, I placed an order for 5 kg of N&D brand cat food with a next-day delivery option because my cat was running low on food. However, my package was never delivered to my doorstep, and AGT Cargo claimed on September 11, 2023, that I had signed for the delivery, which was untrue. I couldn't reach the courier company at all, and I received no support. In response, Amazon representative Nadide contacted the courier company and confirmed that the product had not been delivered to me. Since AGT courier did not correct the status of 'delivered,' Nadide called me every day to check on the delivery status. However, there were no delivery attempts, and each day, she received a different response from AGT when she inquired about the reason. As a result, my order was returned without my knowledge. Amazon says they didn't initiate the return, while AGT claims they requested it. The product is no longer in stock, and even if it were, it would be more expensive than the promotional price I originally purchased it for. Every day, I relied on Amazon's promise that my package would be delivered, so I bought store-bought cat food to feed my cat. Now that the product has been returned, after 11 days of frustration, I feel like I've been taken advantage of as a customer. I've been left in a state of distress.
