Frustration With Amazon Prime "Same Day Delivery"

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding a recent experience I had with the Amazon Prime "Same Day Delivery" service and the courier company AGT. On 29 August, I placed an order with the expectation of receiving it on the same day through the "Same Day Delivery" option provided by Amazon Prime. To my dismay, instead of a timely delivery, I received a notification stating that AGT had attempted to deliver the package but was unable to find the delivery address. This notification came as a surprise, as not only was the delivery address accurate, but the location also operates 24/7, making any attempted delivery at any time feasible. Following this, I contacted both Amazon and AGT for assistance. Amazon's customer support, unfortunately, proved unreachable, with only automated responses being provided due to high call volumes. On the other hand, AGT's WhatsApp support claimed that they had attempted the delivery but couldn't locate the address, which is completely inaccurate. I even made sure to wait at the delivery location until 10:00 PM in the hope of receiving my package, despite the inconvenience it caused me. The situation is exasperating due to the contradictory statements made by the involved parties. The lack of communication and coordination between Amazon and AGT has resulted in an immense inconvenience for me, a loyal Amazon Prime subscriber who relies on the service for its promised efficiency and convenience. The fact that AGT is a company with malfunctioning internet systems, broken communication, and unreachable customer support only adds to the frustration. I had trusted Amazon and its Prime services to provide a seamless shopping experience, and it is disheartening to encounter such a breakdown in the process. I have invested in a Prime membership to avoid precisely these kinds of issues, but unfortunately, I find myself severely inconvenienced and let down by the service. I kindly request that you look into this matter urgently and provide a resolution that aligns with the quality of service I have come to expect from Amazon. I believe that such instances can be improved upon to restore customers' faith in your services. As a valued customer, I hope my concerns are taken seriously, and the necessary steps are taken to prevent such situations from occurring in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
