Amazon Caused Me Loss by Not Delivering My Orders on Time


I ordered a product with the order number 405-8316042-6463529 on December 18, 2023, and it was supposed to be delivered by AGT Courier company. Even though I have Amazon Prime, my delivery is late and I still haven't received it. I was checking the status on Amazon from time to time, and it said that if the delivery doesn't happen by December 27, 2023, you can start the refund process. Because the product didn't arrive on the expected day, I reached out to both Amazon and AGT Courier. But the delivery person said that my address is outside their delivery area, so they sent the product back to Amazon and started the refund process. I'm disappointed that a company that usually delivers to my address didn't deliver my product this time. I didn't receive any notification from either company. So, I found out what's going on after doing some research. So, because both companies were irresponsible, I'm now out 3-4 thousand ₺ because the price of the discounted product I bought went up. I'm not happy with Amazon. Being a Prime member doesn't mean you're wasting your money, and for 40 ₺ or even 4 ₺, customer satisfaction shouldn't be nonexistent.
