Amazon Failed to Delivery My Parcel, They Need New Transportation Partners

My disappointment with Amazon's order delivery service is incredibly high! My orders, shipped through AGT Cargo with tracking numbers N885779 and N886617, have not reached me since the delivery date. I've tried to contact Amazon multiple times but never received a clear answer. The worst part is the lack of information or assistance regarding my orders. I can't understand why Amazon would work with a problematic company like AGT Cargo. This situation is totally unacceptable. As a customer, the neglect and inconvenience I've experienced have led me to decide not to shop from Amazon again, and I will not recommend it to others. These occurrences definitely need to be addressed as a major failure in service. The careless attitudes of Amazon and AGT Cargo have left me both angry and extremely disappointed.
