Amazon Explosive Deliveries, Broken Promises, and Unfulfilled Refund Commitments!

I placed an order through Amazon on September 3, 2022. Order No: 406-8902861-6773136 Unfortunately, only 1 product out of 4 was delivered. The other 3 products were sent back because they exploded in the cargo, the seller was Amazon itself. Then I talked to the customer representative and they told me that I would be charged the same price if I bought the product again, but the products were out of stock, there was another seller, but they said that the seller must be Amazon and they did not give me information about when it would be back in stock. They asked me to check the stock from time to time because it was busy. They told me that there is no time limit and that if I haven't placed an order after 10 years, they will give me a refund when I contact them On the evening of November 18, 2023, I connected to the Amazon customer representative and told the customer representative about the issue regarding the promise made to me and asked him to read the past messages section. “Mr. Ozan, I took note of the price difference promise, if you contact us when it is delivered to you, we will provide your refund, do not worry.” Wrote Order date on it On Nov 18, 2023, I ordered 3 products from the seller amazon. Order No: 406-8513630-6435545. I received the products on November 23, I connected to the customer representative and they registered for a refund, but they never did, I called every 3 days, they always said nonsense things like they were busy or there was missing information, I'm sure there are recordings of these, they can sit and listen, today is December 19, the answer given is this refund. We can't do it because it's expired. But there is a promise made by your customer representative, and I called again and confirmed it before ordering the products again. The second customer representative said buy it for me. Then I talked to several customer representatives and they said the money needs to be deposited, they are busy with the campaign, that's why it's delayed, I'm creating a request again and reporting your urgency. 4 of your customer representatives misled me and blamed it on the customer and said there was nothing we could do. It does not suit a big company like Amazon, you have literally deceived people. They all have correspondence, you can read them or listen to the call recordings. I will never shop again. I will share this on my social media account.
