Chinese Seller On Amazon Sends Wrong Item, Refund Denied
I ordered a laptop frame for 1000 TL in October 2022 from the Amazon shopping site. The Chinese seller sent the wrong frame. I talked to Amazon officials to return it and asked what to do, and they said I should contact the seller. I also talked and asked for the address and the agreed shipping information about where to send it, but when the seller did not send me the necessary information, I forwarded my complaint to Amazon customer service for a solution. They also contacted the seller and there was no result, they informed me that I should talk to the seller. When I talked to the seller, the seller said that I did not need to send the product back, but that I should withdraw the complaint I made to Amazon or they would not refund the money. So I asked the Amazon authorities to remove my complaint. They informed me that the complaints entered into the system could not be deleted. After that, although we corresponded with the seller and Amazon many times, this issue could not be resolved. This process has been going on for six months and I could not return it to Amazon. Finally, return centers from A to Z refused my return. Reason: 1) I did not meet with the seller in the first 30 days, which I wrote to many times. 2) For my delivery to the address and label information that the seller sent me within 14 days. However, I was not informed of any address information and which cargo it would be delivered to. In our last meeting, the Amazon officer said that an address information should be given in Türkiye. Absolutely no such information was sent to me. The real culprit here is Amazon. The reason is: the seller said, "I don't need to send the product, they just said that if I withdraw my complaint to Amazon, they will refund my money." was an obstacle.
