Amazon Refunded Only Invoice Price for My Laptop After 15 Months

On August 14, 2022, I purchased a computer from Amazon for ₺17,999 under Order No: 405-3254034-0394728. Due to an unresolved malfunction, the product was returned 15 months later with only the original invoice amount refunded. Throughout this long and frustrating process, I contacted Amazon customer service multiple times but received no satisfactory support or resolution. However, an honest seller respects their customers' rights rather than ignoring them. In an inflationary environment, there are numerous precedents stating that returns should be based on the current value of the item at the time of return or the value of an equivalent product. This is the price I paid for trusting Amazon and assuming they would protect customer rights. You are a major disappointment.
