I Faced Amazon Involuntary Order Cancellation After 1 Week of Waiting

On August 21, 2025, I ordered a Lego toy from Amazon with my Prime membership, to be delivered to my address in Antalya. My order number is 408-4403920-5750762. I paid for my order with a credit card and paid a total of ₺5,000 for the initial order. However, after being held for about a week, my order was canceled without any justification or request. My 5-year-old son eagerly awaited the shipment for a week and was deeply disappointed and upset by the cancellation. I contacted Amazon customer service, but received a negative response, and my complaint was not resolved. Due to the cancellation, I had to reorder the same product, this time paying ₺6,000. This resulted in a loss of ₺1,000. I demand that Amazon compensate me for this inconvenience and refund me the difference in price.
