Amazon Did Not Refund the Price Difference for My MSI Thin 15 Laptop

I purchased an MSI Thin 15 laptop on November 1, 2024, during the Epic November campaign on Amazon.com.tr for ₺27,999. Shortly after, the price dropped to ₺25,999. Considering the price difference, I thought about returning the product and repurchasing it at the lower price. When I contacted Amazon customer service to initiate the return process, I was informed that since the product was part of the Epic November campaign, there was no need to return it, and the price difference would be automatically refunded to my gift card on December 20, 2024. I received the same assurance for another product I inquired about. As a long-time Amazon Prime member who trusted the company, I decided not to proceed with the return. However, when the price difference was not credited to my gift card, I contacted customer service again. On December 24, 2024, the representative admitted that incorrect information had been provided, said an investigation would be initiated, and promised a response within two days. No response was received. When I followed up on December 30, 2024, another representative stated that the information I had previously been given was incorrect for both products and that the price difference would not be refunded as the system had already adjusted prices automatically. This situation is disappointing and not in line with the standards I have come to expect from Amazon, a company I have shopped with for years and have greatly enjoyed.
