Amazon Prime Failed Twice on Shark Navigator Vacuum Orders
I am an Amazon Prime customer and recently had two very disappointing experiences with Shark Navigator vacuum orders that have caused a lot of inconvenience for my family. The first order was placed on June 9 for a used Shark Navigator vacuum that was listed as being in “very good” condition. It took almost a week for my mother-in-law to receive this delivery, and when it finally arrived, the item was broken. I contacted Amazon customer service about this order, but nothing was done to resolve the issue. Because of this, I placed a second order for another Shark Navigator vacuum on June 14, 2026 (Order No: 113-6523798-9891467). This order clearly stated that it would be delivered the very next day between 7:00 and 11:00 AM. I pay for Prime and expect the delivery service I am promised. However, I have now received a notification that this order will not be delivered until tomorrow night. After the first bad experience and now this delay, I find this level of service unacceptable and far below what I expect from Amazon, especially as a paying Prime customer. I request that my June 14 order be delivered today as originally promised in the 7:00–11:00 AM time frame, or at least by the end of today, without any further delay. If the vacuum is not delivered today as promised, I expect to receive a credit or refund as compensation for this poor service, in addition to my mother-in-law still receiving her vacuum. I also expect Amazon to take this situation seriously and ensure that similar issues do not happen again.
I bought my first order used, but it was listed as being in very good condition. However, it arrived broken, and the handle would not lock in place. I ordered a replacement on June 6. For the second order, I purchased a new item as a Prime customer and selected morning delivery between 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM on June 15, 2026. After no movement from the warehouse in Arizona throughout the day, I received a notification on June 15 stating that the delivery had been delayed and would arrive before 6:00 PM on June 16. Why do customers pay for Prime when the promised delivery times are not honored?
