I placed an order for three books on Amazon.tr on 6 May 2026 specifically because the product page clearly stated “delivery tomorrow.” This fast delivery promise was the main reason I chose to buy from Amazon instead of another seller. Despite this, my order has been delayed and the promised delivery date has not been met, which has caused me serious disappointment. I tried to reach customer service through the chat option, but I only received automatic replies that did not solve my problem. When I attempted to request a callback, I received a message stating that the service is currently unavailable, and as a non-Prime member I could not get proper support. I feel helpless in this situation because I cannot reach a real customer representative to address the delay with my order. I expect Amazon to acknowledge this issue, provide an apology for the delay, and prioritize my order so that it is delivered as soon as possible with expedited shipping. I kindly request that you review my order, fulfill the delivery as quickly as you can, and improve the accessibility of customer service for non-Prime customers in such cases.
