Amazon Prime Order Delayed For Weeks - No Delivery Date Available
I made a purchase on Amazon on October 9, 2025. As an Amazon Prime member, I got part of my order in just two days as anticipated, but I'm still waiting on four items that haven't arrived yet. In the initial weeks, the customer service team assured me that the delayed items would arrive soon, and I found myself frequently checking the app for any updates. For almost three weeks now, the tracking status has just been showing “no delivery date available.” It's hard to grasp how a major company like Amazon can manage such a process with minimal communication or concern. Other than the two occasions when I reached out myself, I have not received any communication from Amazon regarding the status of my order or its expected arrival time. This kind of oversight is not what I anticipated from a brand with such a strong reputation. Once this issue is resolved, I plan to submit a formal complaint to the appropriate authorities and will be canceling my Prime membership, which I do with sincere regret.
Since there was no response to my complaint here either, I filed a complaint with CİMER. If Amazon, which is already uninterested and indifferent, does not take action in this process again, this matter is heading towards a lawsuit this time. No matter who you are, you cannot act with the recklessness of 'I’ll do as I please.' You are commercial enterprises that are supposed to provide services to us, the consumers, with our money and promise seamless service both during and after the sale. You must put an end to this indifference immediately.
Despite it being 32 days since I placed my order, despite calling multiple times and filing complaints here as well as on LinkedIn and CİMER, Amazon Turkey still stubbornly does not call back, does not bother to respond to the customer, and still has not delivered the products I purchased! What you are doing is, at the very least, fraud. There is no other explanation...
