Three of the four goods I purchased from Amazon.com in January are still stuck at customs, I was told to expect a reimbursement within three to five business days, but it's now April and I haven't received anything. Shocking in every sense!! The merchandise were sent to the Amazon fulfillment facility in mid-February, but the return has still not been processed. Worse worse, I have been unable to reach anyone in customer support. They act like my problem doesn't exist. It's been hours of waiting on hold and being passed from one person to another without any progress being made. They seem to be ignoring me in the hopes that I would go away on my own. I use Amazon for so many different reasons, and this whole ordeal has truly soured me on the company. Please cancel this horror and refund my money.
