Because of the long wait time, I decided to cancel my order, but Amazon.com will not give me a refund. They told me to expect a refund within five to seven business days, but they have been dragging their feet ever since. The allotted time has long since passed, but I continue to be misled. I feel like I was tricked and my money was wasted. Insisting immediately that Amazon.com return my money. If this continues, I will have no choice but to seek legal recourse.
