My Amazon Account Locked - Unable to Shop for 5 Days

I haven't been able to shop on Amazon for the past 5 days. I constantly receive emails regarding questionable activity on my account. I've exhausted all options: attempting to reset my password, inputting secure codes, and trying every possible solution. Even after providing a thorough explanation to customer representatives, they are unable to find a resolution. I've been waiting for a response and a resolution to my problem, but despite their promises, there's been no update from them. This is not up to the standards expected from a company of Amazon's caliber. I'm feeling really let down.
