My Amazon Refund Not Received Weeks After Return
I returned a product purchased from Amazon.com, but despite weeks passing, the refund has not been credited to my account. On October 24, 2024, I received an email confirming that the refund had been issued, yet there has been no sign of the money in my account.
I have contacted customer service multiple times, only to be given vague responses like, “It will reach your account tomorrow,” or “Wait three more days.” Each interaction ends with promises of follow-up, but no resolution. This ongoing delay is unacceptable.
Amazon, I demand an immediate refund and clear communication regarding this issue. This experience has made me lose trust in your services, and I will not shop with Amazon again unless this is resolved promptly.
