Amazon Has Not Refunded My Money for a Month


I ordered a product from Amazon but decided to return it without even opening the package due to negative reviews I read while it was in transit. It has been a month, and my refund still hasn't been processed. Every time I contact customer service, they assure me that they are working on it, but there is no progress whatsoever. This is unacceptable for a site of this caliber. I have made up my mind to never shop on this platform again, and I will advise those around me to refrain from doing so as well.
