Amazon (No Product Repair Or Replacement for International Items
I bought Lacoste brand sunglasses via Amazon Turkiye on 27.02.2023. One of the product glasses started to peel off after a while. Thereupon, I requested repair or replacement of the product under warranty, but Amazon Turkey stated that such a thing was not possible because the product came from abroad and rejected my requests, but it was not stated in any way that there would be any problems in the warranty case when purchasing the product. Since customer services did not help, I applied to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and I am waiting for the result.
