I purchased a pair of Adidas sneakers through Amazon Turkey. Despite using the product carefully and under normal conditions, a tear occurred in the shoes in less than one month after the purchase. Such rapid wear and damage clearly indicate that the product is defective. According to the Turkish Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502, in cases like this, the consumer has the right to request a repair, replacement, refund, or a price reduction proportionate to the defect. I hereby exercise this right and demand a full refund or the return of the product. I kindly request that Amazon Customer Service and Adidas representatives address this issue in accordance with legal timelines and resolve my grievance as soon as possible. Otherwise, I will not hesitate to file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee. Order Number: 405-0980533-9741933 I respectfully request that the necessary actions be taken without delay.
