just wanted to let you know that I recently ordered something from your site and it arrived without any issues. But, to my disappointment, turns out I got charged the Prime fee even though I'm not a permanent member. this same problem keeps happening over and over again, even though people have complained about it before. It's making me think that Amazon Turkey is purposely tricking customers and fooling everyone. the fact that this mistake has been repeated, like, more than once, seriously makes me question if Amazon Turkey is, like, doing things right. hoping for some transparency and fairness in all our transactions, wanted to contcat you in every possible way. this recurring issue has seriously messed with my trust in your company.
