Amazon Canceled My Order Without Notice and Customer Service Was Unhelpful

Hello. I was someone who followed and used Amazon when it was still in its development phase in America. I am one of the first users and first Prime members of Amazon Turkey. I generally appreciated that Amazon is a global company and prioritizes customer satisfaction. However, today I encountered a gap that damaged Amazon's prestige and reduced customer satisfaction. On Friday night, September 27, 24, at around 02:45, I purchased a product worth ₺112,000 from the Amazon application. The transaction was approved by Amazon and an automatic e-mail was sent to my e-mail address stating that the order was received. However, it said that there was a problem with the payment method in the My Orders section. I was sure that there was a higher amount than the amount stated in my account and the payment method I used was registered with Amazon and the information was error-free. I called my bank to find out whether this problem was caused by the Amazon system or my bank, since it was outside the Amazon Call Center service. The bank official said that there was no problem with the bank. Then I went back to the orders section to try to update my payment with a different method, but I saw that my order was canceled within 20 minutes and the product was out of stock. My order was canceled without my knowledge and permission and I was victimized. In this case, I demand that the seller who canceled my order due to a problem that was not my fault be investigated and the product in my order be offered from the stock rights in order to redress my victimization. This was my right and this seller company did not recognize my right. Apart from this situation, the customer representatives I tried to reach during the day could not help me, I requested to be transferred to another representative and at around 15:40 on 27.09 the person authorized by Amazon to provide me service resisted not understanding me, raised his voice, refused to provide service and hung up the call without asking me. This person clearly told me during the call that he was authorized and that he was not afraid of anyone. Today, I was disappointed by Amazon for the first time. I reported this issue to Amazon Customer Representatives and filed a complaint. I am also thinking of sharing it on the famous platforms in the country where I am a writer.
