Amazon Failed to Deliver My Orders and Delayed Refunds for Damaged Products

I have been using Amazon.com.tr intensively since it first entered Turkey. However, my recent experiences show that the Turkish branch of this company has started to exhibit the attitudes of established e-commerce companies in our country. In other words, they've stopped being customer-focused and have started acting like complacent shopkeepers. The product I purchased isn't arriving, yet customer service representatives, instead of addressing and resolving the issue, keep dodging it by suggesting I wait a little longer or offering unhelpful solutions like, "There's nothing we can do; if you want, we can cancel the orders." This is not a solution. When I ask them to cancel and resend the items quickly via another shipping company, they don't do that either. That's not all. In my last two orders, the shipping company damaged the products during transit and informed me that they would return them without delivering to my door. I agreed, but for three weeks now, they haven't refunded the cost of the products. Instead, they've prolonged the process by requesting that I fill out a form via email and send it to them, making unreasonable demands. They're causing me extra trouble by not automatically refunding my money for an issue that wasn't my fault. If I hadn't noticed, the refund would never have been processed. My recent impression is that Amazon.com.tr has now conformed to the prevailing system. Following the refund of my last order, I plan to close my Amazon.com.tr account and never order from this site again. In this country, anything that starts off well eventually deteriorates.
