Amazon Customer Service Problem

As an Amazon Prime member, I frequently shop on Amazon. Unfortunately, there have been numerous issues with your operations in Türkiye recently. Customer service representatives assure us that they are addressing every problem, but no solutions are being provided. Many of the products we purchase are either incomplete or not delivered at all. I have encountered the same problem with several of my orders. Particularly, when the price of a product they sell increases before delivery, they fail to ship the product. I am incurring financial losses.
