I've been a loyal Amazon customer for several years, but I'm constantly having problems with orders delivered by AGT Cargo. On numerous occasions, deliveries were either not made at all or were made late in the evening, and when I inquired further, I was told by Amazon that the delivery was unsuccessful because they could not find me at my address. This is an unacceptable situation that has caused me much frustration and anxiety. I contacted Amazon's customer service six times to complain about this issue, but my complaints were met with inaction and apathy. AGT Cargo is clearly not doing its job properly, but Amazon has failed to intervene and provide a solution. This is an unacceptable situation, and I am seriously considering whether or not I should continue to be an Amazon customer.
