I've been having a lot of trouble with AGT Courier, which is in charge of delivering Amazon's products. Their systems for tracking packages aren't working, and when I call their customer service, they don't give me good answers. Also, AGT Courier rarely delivers packages on the dates that Amazon says they will. Instead, they send me fake messages saying they tried to deliver, even though I was at the address at the time. On May 16, I bought something from Amazon that was supposed to arrive on May 17. But AGT Courier hasn't delivered the package in the last two days. I started the return process for the things I bought because the courier's service was so bad. People should be careful if they choose AGT Courier as their Amazon delivery service, because they don't keep their delivery promises. Amazon needs to fix this problem quickly so that it doesn't lose more customers.
