Wrong Tracking Number, Missing Package, and No Response from Aliexpress
On Aliexpress, I placed an order with the order number 3024146384657280. The tracking code LV798037942CN was provided by the seller, but it belongs to someone else with a different address, not me. It's been a month, and I've been desperately attempting to explain the situation to Aliexpress, writing to them numerous times and submitting all of the necessary documents. Nonetheless, they appear unconcerned about my problem. The seller is also unresponsive. I haven't received any packages, and the system says they were delivered to someone else at a different address. I'm at a loss as to what to do next. Aliexpress continues to drag me along, and I've lost a significant amount of money. They even requested another person's document from the local post office, which I provided, but there is still no resolution. It shouldn't be this difficult to determine whether the name and address in that code belong to me.
