I placed an order for an X96 Android Box on AliExpress on November 24, 2024, with order number 1109371509328855. The provided tracking number (LZ111179722CN) turned out to belong to someone else. I contacted the seller to inform them that the tracking number wasn’t mine and requested the correct tracking details for my product. However, I have yet to receive a response. I purchased this item during a discount and do not want to cancel my order. I am extremely frustrated by the lack of communication and demand immediate assistance to resolve this issue. Please ensure I receive my correct tracking information promptly so I can track and receive my product without further delays.
