I purchased a total of 16 items from the AliExpress store "1100017092" beginning July 26, 2023. Despite the passage of 18 days, I am unable to track the shipment of any of the products. The company appears to be unreachable as if it has vanished. I asked for a refund, but they said I had to wait 15 days. It's been 18 days and I still haven't received my refund or the products. Because this company is affiliated with AliExpress, they bear responsibility, but it has been futile. Nobody appears to care.
