Unresponsive Shop and Elusive Refunds on AliExpress

I purchased a total of 16 items from the AliExpress store "1100017092" beginning July 26, 2023. Despite the passage of 18 days, I am unable to track the shipment of any of the products. The company appears to be unreachable as if it has vanished. I asked for a refund, but they said I had to wait 15 days. It's been 18 days and I still haven't received my refund or the products. Because this company is affiliated with AliExpress, they bear responsibility, but it has been futile. Nobody appears to care. Not only did I buy the items when the Turkish lira was 29.40 TL, but it has now dropped to 27 TL, resulting in additional losses. Several thousand TL in purchases and no word from them.
