On July 17, 2024, I placed an order for a detector through AliExpress. My order number is 1106367804891982. It has been over a year since I placed the order, yet I have neither received the product nor gotten a refund.
In the past, when I experienced a similar issue, AliExpress refunded my payment immediately. However, with this order, no solution has been offered at all.
I paid a total of 3,825 TL using my credit card. The delivery address was in Izmir, Turkey, and my order was covered under the buyer protection guarantee. I did not contact AliExpress customer service earlier, as my previous experience was resolved quickly. But this time, I have been left without the product and without my money for more than a year.
I am requesting that this issue be resolved immediately, either by sending my product or by refunding my payment in full.
