I Face Missing Refund From AliExpress Order Cancellation (Order No: 1115211217075071)
On August 20, 2024, I canceled my AliExpress order (Order No: 1115211217075071). While AliExpress confirmed that the payment refund was approved, no refund has appeared in my bank account to date.
My bank (Ziraat Bankası) informed me that I should resolve the issue directly with AliExpress, but since there is no local customer support in Turkey, I have been unable to get any assistance.
I have been waiting for almost two weeks for the refund of ₺1,335.92, yet there has been no progress or explanation.
I request that my refund be credited to my account immediately and that I be provided with a direct contact person or support channel who can handle this issue without further delays.
This situation has caused unnecessary stress, and I expect AliExpress to resolve my case urgently.
