AliExpress Unresolved Shipment Issues and Unfair Customs Charges, Seeking Refund

the products I purchased from AliExpress, none of which were delivered despite being charged approximately 3500 TL, including customs tax. Upon arriving in Turkey, I had to talk to an individual claiming to be an AliExpress customs broker. They demanded $650, inclusive of all fees, to release the products at a rate of $20 per day. However, they abruptly informed me that they would not proceed with the transaction, leaving me stranded. It appears they have found a way to collect money without delivering the products. They refuse to refund my payment, using the excuse of requiring evidence that the products were not delivered. I have provided evidence, including direct statements from the customs agent. They demand to know who instructed me to involve AliExpress in the shipping process. In light of these circumstances, I am seeking resolution from AliExpress.
