Product from AliExpress Arrived Missing Parts, and I Can't Return It

The product I ordered from AliExpress was supposed to match the image in the listing, but when it arrived, the top metal piece was missing. This is extremely frustrating because I paid for a complete item, and it’s not usable without all the parts. I have no idea how to return it or get the missing piece, and AliExpress has not provided any clear instructions or support on this. I expected better service and attention to detail when ordering from this company. AliExpress needs to either send me the missing part or issue a refund immediately. I’ll be much more cautious when ordering from this seller again.
