AliExpress Sent the Wrong Product & Won’t Accept a Return

AliExpress has completely let me down. I ordered a specific item, but instead, they sent me the wrong product. To make matters worse, there is no return option, leaving me stuck with something I didn’t order.

This is not how a shopping platform should operate. There is no real customer service, no one to resolve issues, and no way to get proper assistance. It feels like customers are left helpless, with no protection against these kinds of mistakes.

AliExpress, I demand a solution! Either send me the correct item or issue a refund immediately. If you can’t even handle basic order accuracy and returns, how can customers trust your platform?
